The sales representative will be responsible for managing their region, driving sales, and operating with an owner's mindset. Requirements

• Proven in-home closing experience.
• Experience closing big-ticket sales ($5k and up) in a one-call close setting.
• Ability to generate own business and build a pipeline.
• An owner's mindset, treating the region as their own business.
• Valid driver's license.
• Insured and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable using a tablet.
• Strong character with a client-first approach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dealer, retail-partner, or big-box sales.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, lighting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated sales region, including Home Depot and Lowe's stores.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners interested in turf.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners (Home Depot and Lowe's).
• Utilize company technology for measuring and pricing, focusing on the sales conversation.
• Achieve sales targets, including a minimum of ten appointments per week and a 40% close rate.
• Maintain pricing integrity to earn the full 10% commission.
• Operate with an owner's mindset, taking responsibility for regional performance and implementing improvements.
• Conduct table days at retail locations to generate leads and book appointments.
• Focus on closing big-ticket, in-home sales.
