About The Position

USA Insulation is the sole provider of USA Premium Foam® Insulation — a proprietary product we inject directly into the wall cavities of existing homes from the exterior. Most homeowners have no idea this is even possible. When they find out it is, and what it does for their comfort and energy bills, the conversation gets interesting fast. USA Insulation has insulated over 150,000 homes nationwide and carries an outstanding customer satisfaction rating. We're looking for a closer — not an order taker. This role is built for the sales professional who already knows how to read a room, build trust fast, and ask for the money without flinching. Requirements

  • A proven closer who asks for the sale — every time
  • Comfortable with flexible, performance-based income — you know what you're worth
  • Located in or familiar with Central Kentucky or the Louisville metro area
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally

  • Experienced in home services sales or commission-based selling (preferred, not required if you can close)

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners — no cold calling, no door knocking
  • Deliver in-home consultations and close on the first visit
