Requirements

  • Proven sales experience preferred, especially in-home or commission-based sales
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Confidence presenting to homeowners in a one-on-one setting
  • Competitive, self-driven mindset with a desire to maximize income
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Run 1–2 in-home sales appointments daily within an 60 mile radius of South Bend, IN
  • Meet with homeowners to present roofing, windows, siding, gutters, bath remodeling, and other exterior home improvement solutions
  • Deliver consultative, relationship-driven sales presentations
  • Use AI visualization tools to help customers envision project outcomes
  • Measure projects and provide customized pricing solutions
  • Present financing options with same-day approvals
  • Close sales and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
