Our certified specialists handle everything from foundation repair and pier installation to crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing, giving our team real depth and a strong value proposition in every market we serve. We are at an exciting point in our growth, expanding our team and investing in the people and systems that will take us to the next level. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and coachable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling foundation repair and waterproofing services, attending appointments provided by the company, and generating your own leads through local networking. This is a comprehensive benefits, W-2, high-commission position with substantial earnings potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years prior sales experience in construction, home services, or in-home sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed targets
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and sales technology tools
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule, and traveling to be prompt at appointments
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in waterproofing and foundation in-home sales

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and pitch customers at pre-scheduled appointments set by the company (no self-qualification needed)
  • Conduct foundation inspections and use our software & tools to quote jobs
  • Follow a proven sales process, including pricing and discount guidelines, but execute on the close
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Collect initial deposits at the time of sale and coordinate closely with the production team
  • Generate additional leads through local outreach and relationship building
  • Represent the Ram Jack brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
