About The Position

This outside sales role gives you the opportunity to build your own territory, earn based on performance, and make a real impact in the field. You will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and grow revenue while working in an active, hands-on environment. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather
  • Comfortable with physical, dirty work and independent field work
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, GPS apps)
  • Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow traffic laws and communicate with the public

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders
  • Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence
  • Provide hands on support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a results driven mindset
