About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses using a partnership-based sales approach. The position combines home-office and in-field work and offers a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Estimated total on-target earnings are around $85,000 in Year 1 and $100,000–$120,000 in Year 2, with the ability to earn more. Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training, nine weeks of on-the-job field training, and ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities

Sell digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
Build a personal book of business by helping small businesses succeed.
Retain clients through strong account management and earn residual commissions.
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
