About The Position

Kinetic is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you come from retail, hospitality, or customer service, we provide the tools and paid training to turn your people skills into a high-paying career. As a Sales Representative, you are the face of Kinetic. You will manage a local territory, engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable personal vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
• Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a local territory, engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions.
• Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products.
• Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for your customers.
• Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network.
• Use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and our internal software to eliminate channel conflict and maximize your sales.

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. Receive $1,000 upon successfully completing your 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service.
