About The Position

Kinetic is seeking motivated Residential Outside Sales Representatives to manage a local territory in Texarkana, TX. This role involves directly engaging with residents to offer high-speed internet solutions. The company provides paid training and tools to help individuals from various backgrounds (retail, hospitality, customer service) succeed in a high-paying sales career. Representatives will be the face of Kinetic, responsible for consultative selling, processing orders, setting up billing, ensuring smooth activation, and building their brand through customer follow-ups and community events. The position utilizes mobile tools like iPads/iPhones and internal software to maximize sales efficiency.

Requirements

Great People Skills: You enjoy building rapport and can handle "no" with a smile.
Drive: You are self-motivated and want to exceed sales targets.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Outdoor Adaptability: You’re comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Manage a local territory, engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions.
Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products (Consultative Selling).
Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for your customers (End-to-End Service).
Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network (Build Your Brand).
Use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and our internal software to eliminate channel conflict and maximize your sales (Tech-Forward).
