About The Position

Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team in the Salt Lake City area. The role promotes Clover, a cloud-based commerce and point-of-sale platform, to restaurant owners and other business owners. This is a 100% hunter and field-based position requiring travel within the Salt Lake City area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. The representative initiates face-to-face conversations with business owners, identifies their needs, schedules in-person demonstrations at their businesses, and uses consultative selling to convert prospects into clients. The role also includes installing Clover systems at client locations and providing hands-on training. Applicants must have valid, unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual Spanish ability.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture client relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at restaurants and other businesses.
Demonstrate Clover solutions and explain how they can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge to educate potential customers about point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms.
Convert leads into clients through personalized, consultative selling strategies.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
Travel within the Salt Lake City area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
