About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses through a partnership-based selling model. The role combines home-office and in-field work and involves prospecting within an assigned territory, building client relationships across a variety of industries, and growing and managing a book of business. Representatives can earn residual commissions by retaining clients. Year 1 on-target earnings are stated as $90,000–$100,000, with additional potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 on-target earnings are stated as $105,00–$125,000. The base salary is $46,000. Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training, nine weeks of field training while on the job, and ongoing companywide support.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retaining clients through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
