Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven Sales ability
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
Build strong rapport and network with potential residential customers.
Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
Perform home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage.
Offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Utilize a trained sales process to achieve success.
Conduct inspections and gain new customers.
