About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work, enjoys interacting with people, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and thrives on winning. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will enjoy a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Proven Sales ability
- Basic math skills
Responsibilities
- Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
- Perform home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage.
- Utilize sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
- Maintain appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
- Build strong rapport and network with potential residential customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure success with inspections and gaining new customers.
