Responsibilities

• Meeting new referral partners face-to-face
• Running discovery conversations to understand partner needs
• Attending local networking and industry events
• Following a structured account-development and farming process
• Logging activity and opportunities in CRM
• Working an organized weekly plan, coordinated with sales leadership
• Coordinating with operations once a relationship turns into an active project
