About The Position

The Assurance Group is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and integrity who are passionate about helping people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, the company often prefers candidates from other industries, such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military, and provides comprehensive training. This is a 100% commission, 1099 role with a pathway to W2, meaning there is no base salary, but the company invests heavily in new agents. The role involves meeting clients in person, so it is not a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Teachable

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Represent Assurance Group products, including life, health, and fixed index annuities.
• Meet with clients in person for appointments.
• Manage own hours and schedule.
• Utilize provided leads and support to achieve sales goals.
