About The Position

The Assurance Group is seeking to hire and train new agents for their National Marketing Organization. While experienced agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, and they often prefer candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. The role involves visiting clients in person to help them understand their eligibility for life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. This is not a remote position and requires a reliable vehicle.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
• Must be good with people

Nice To Haves

• Experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply.
• People coming from other industries (bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, former military) are often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential clients who requested information.
• Helping clients understand what they qualify for.
