About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and integrity, and is passionate about helping people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, as TAG has a successful track record of training individuals from diverse backgrounds such as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and former military personnel to represent their products, including life, health, and fixed index annuities. The position offers fresh leads at no cost, in-house appointment setters, a large carrier line-up, and the freedom to manage one's own hours. Comprehensive free training and ongoing real-time support are provided within a friendly sales community. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with a pathway to W2, and no base salary. Although operations include a home office, client appointments are conducted in person, so it is not a fully remote position. Requirements

  • Must be teachable
  • Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Heath & Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
  • Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
  • Must be good with people
