This role focuses on leveraging local connections, social media skills, and relationship building to bring qualified homeowners to the sales team. The company handles technical aspects, proposals, and closing, allowing the representative to focus on creating opportunities. This is not a door-knocking position and does not require prior solar expertise, but comfort in talking with people and consistent follow-up is essential.

Requirements

Strong communication skills; ability to explain opportunities clearly.
Local connections in Palmdale or Lancaster and comfort in asking for introductions.
Proficiency in social media for posting, responding to messages, and maintaining conversations.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach is welcome.
Comfortable talking with people.
Consistent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with homeowners in Palmdale and Lancaster through existing networks and warm introductions.
