The Sales Manager will manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business, ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. This role involves maximizing revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients, using professional sales techniques to negotiate terms and conditions, and managing accounts to ensure solicitation and closing are complete and documented. The position requires coordinating various departments' participation in servicing accounts, maintaining hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and revenue, and developing and conducting persuasive verbal sales presentations. Travel is required locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel, and review competition, as well as representing the hotel at trade shows. The role also involves following sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program and performing other duties as requested by management.
