About The Position

Wiese USA is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a new territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities from the ground up, and making a direct impact within a financially strong, industry-leading organization. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and delivering material handling and equipment solutions to customers across a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, developing long-term partnerships, and building a territory with significant growth potential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Self-starter with strong prospecting and territory-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in equipment, industrial, material handling, construction, or B2B sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic territory growth plan
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
  • Partner with internal service and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
