About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly qualified sales consultants to join their growing team. This role is for seasoned sales representatives who are motivated to earn $100,000 to $120,000+ in their first year, with compensation based on results rather than hours worked. The company provides exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement services and is a division of Andersen Corporation, a recognized leader in the window industry for over 121 years. Successful candidates will be part of a high-energy, success-oriented team and will receive a 3-week paid intensive training program designed to equip them with the necessary tools for success. Ongoing training and support are also provided.

Requirements

Proven track record as a seasoned sales representative.
Determination and dedication to succeed in a sales environment.
Ability to work effectively within a high-energy, success-oriented team.
Willingness to undergo a 3-week paid intensive training program.
Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Nice To Haves

Experience in the window and door replacement industry.
Familiarity with sales samples and displays.
