As the exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a recognized leader in the industry for over 121 years, Renewal by Andersen is experiencing consistent growth and is looking for talented professionals with determination and dedication. The company provides a 3-week paid intensive training program to equip new consultants with the necessary tools for success and offers ongoing training and support. This role is commission-only, with the potential to earn $150,000 to $200,000 in the first year, and compensation is based on results rather than hours worked. Leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Requirements

• Seasoned sales representative experience.
• Determination and dedication to succeed.
• Ability to work in a commission-only sales environment.
• Willingness to undergo a 3-week paid intensive training program.
• Comfortable with in-home sales consultations.
