About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking highly qualified sales consultants to join their growing team. This role is for seasoned sales representatives who are motivated to earn $100,000 to $120,000+ in their first year, with compensation based on results rather than hours worked. The company provides exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement services and is a division of Andersen Corporation, a recognized leader in the window industry for over 121 years. Successful candidates will be part of a high-energy, success-oriented team and will receive a 3-week paid intensive training program designed to equip them with the necessary tools for success. Ongoing training and support are also provided.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a seasoned sales representative.
  • Determination and dedication to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a high-energy, success-oriented team.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3-week paid intensive training program.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the window and door replacement industry.
  • Familiarity with sales samples and displays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales consultations and present product solutions to customers.
  • Utilize company-provided leads for sales opportunities, eliminating the need for cold calling.
  • Manage customer relationships and follow-up using Salesforce CRM.
  • Participate in comprehensive and ongoing sales training programs.
  • Leverage sales samples and displays to effectively demonstrate product value.
