Requirements

  • A licensed South Carolina real estate professional who is committed to consistent performance—not treating real estate as a side gig.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity within a CRM system.
  • Organized, disciplined, and fully accountable for personal goals and results.
  • Positive, resilient, and solution-focused—bringing energy, professionalism, and ownership to the team every day.
  • Active South Carolina Real Estate License (must be obtained before joining).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and nurture new business through strategic outbound calls, targeted email outreach, and consistent pipeline management—guiding clients smoothly through buying and selling processes.
  • Confidently use proven scripts and systems to communicate value, handle objections, and represent the team with professionalism and integrity.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert interest into scheduled appointments with timely and effective follow-up.
  • Understand client needs through consultative conversations, provide tailored solutions, and identify additional opportunities by building strong relationships.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date while maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure every deal progresses seamlessly from listing to closing.
  • Stay committed to daily lead generation activities that continuously strengthen a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and attend appointments with confidence, delivering a strong and professional first impression to prospective clients.
  • Show properties and guide buyers expertly through every stage of their home search journey.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively, protecting client interests while achieving positive, win-win outcomes.
  • Provide a premium, white-glove experience with exceptional service, communication, and support from initial contact to closing.
