Requirements

Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Motivation to meet and exceed goals
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Comfort working outdoors and on your feet
Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with guests and prospective customers at 4–6 resort locations (within walking distance) and at local community events to generate interest in our vacation ownership presentations.
Approach and interact with guests at resort properties and promotional events
Spark conversations and generate excitement about vacation ownership opportunities
Schedule qualified guests for sales presentations
Meet weekly performance goals with the support of a passionate, energetic team
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
