About The Position

Leppo Rents, a leader in construction equipment sales, rentals, and service, is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to grow and maintain relationships across their Florida territories. This role involves representing the Bobcat brand, driving revenue, and taking ownership of a sales territory. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, serving as the primary partner for contractors needing equipment solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the equipment or related industry.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Competitive, personable, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local contractors and businesses by understanding their needs and providing equipment solutions.
  • Perform hands-on sales activities including demonstrating, delivering, and showcasing equipment.
  • Manage assigned accounts, develop new business, and achieve sales goals within the territory.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with rentals, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
