About The Position

Resolving customer needs through taking orders, tracking parts history, and developing relationships with customers specific to the concrete and ready mix industry. Prefer candidate live in or be familiar with the SE states of FL and GA. We are the ASTEC dealer for all concrete products in the Southeast representing Con-E-Co, Rexcon, and BMH brands. Occasional in person team meeting.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with concrete plant parts and aggregate material handling parts.
  • Ability to visit assigned customers.
  • Ability to prospect for new customers.
  • Ability to communicate parts orders to inside salespeople or handle orders onsite via mobile device or laptop.
  • Ability to review special deal orders with the parts manager and obtain approval.
  • Ability to obtain parts manager's approval for special pricing.
  • Ability to advise inside salespeople on delivery instructions.
  • Ability to follow up on parts orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to turn in completed call reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
  • Ability to update customer records.
  • Ability to add new customers to mailing lists.
  • Willingness to attend training seminars when required.
  • Ability to act as a public relations liaison.
  • Ability to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
