The Account Executive role is a challenging opportunity for individuals with a proven goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills. The ideal candidate will leverage all of iHeart's platforms to exceed client expectations, learning the Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identifying and developing new business through in-person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivating existing business. They will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling, data-fueled sales presentations.

  • Digital/Media Sales experience (a plus but not required)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
  • Analytics experience
  • iHeart and/or audio advertising background

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research
  • Consistent daily cold-calling
  • Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue
  • Create effective marketing campaigns
  • Use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to best meet your clients’ expectations
  • Manage assigned projects to completion
  • Resolve problems using established guidelines and professional judgement
  • Communicate information about iHeart products in a digestible manner
  • Apply active listening skills to validate understanding of customer needs
  • Focus and prioritize day-to-day depending on where the biggest priorities may be
