About The Position

Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is hiring a part-time Outreach Specialist to represent Guardian Community at local golf courses and community events. The role supports veterans and first responders by raising awareness, engaging potential supporters, and helping events run smoothly. Specialists set up materials, welcome and speak with golfers and attendees, explain the organization’s mission, answer questions, facilitate outreach activities, and assist with event setup and breakdown. The work involves local travel directly from home to assigned event locations and standing, walking, and working outdoors.

The position offers $20–$30 per hour plus bonuses and a flexible schedule. Shifts are primarily Thursday through Sunday during daytime business hours, with occasional early morning or evening events.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor.
• Comfort using a smartphone for updates and reporting.
• Comfortable working Thursday–Sunday shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors during events.
