About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking an Outreach Specialist to join a compassionate, person-centered team that partners with families in their homes and communities to strengthen safety, resilience, and connection. The role supports youth and caregivers through safe, therapeutic, skill-based interventions that enhance social, emotional, and family functioning. The specialist helps families navigate challenging moments, connects them with community and program resources, and coordinates services with the treatment team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. to meet families’ needs. The pay rate is $22.94 per hour.

Responsibilities

Build trusting, supportive relationships with youth and caregivers.
Provide safe, therapeutic, and skill-based interventions to enhance social, emotional, and family functioning.
Support behavior planning, collaborative limit setting, and crisis intervention.
Connect youth and families with community and program resources to build on their strengths and pursue their treatment goals.
Provide transportation to treatment-related activities and events.
Work with Program Management, Home-Based Clinicians, and the Treatment Team to coordinate responsive services centered on each family’s needs and voice.
