About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated team member to support business outreach efforts. This part-time role conducts outbound calls to introduce and promote draft beer selections to bars and restaurants, builds relationships with businesses, generates interest, and maintains accurate records of customer and sales interactions. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, be subject to a drug screen within 90 days of employment, and be at least 21 years old.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Sales or call center experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
