About The Position

The Outreach Representative supports business outreach efforts by making outbound calls to bars and restaurants to introduce and promote draft beer selections. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses, generating interest, and accurately recording customer and sales interactions. This is a part-time position requiring availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Subject to a drug screen within 90 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
