About The Position
Join us as an Outreach LPN in Sauk Centre and work alongside dedicated providers for various outreach clinics. The LPN will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and assist providers with clinic procedures among various other duties.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy
- Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients, families, medical staff and general public
Responsibilities
- Provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits.
- Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
- Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently.
- Assist providers with clinic procedures.
