About The Position

Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and partners with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to help families access services and support. The Outreach Liaison builds relationships with healthcare providers and community partners throughout an assigned territory to increase referrals. The liaison represents Circle Care Services by educating referral sources about its ABA services, maintaining provider relationships, and helping connect families with support. The role is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina territory and offers part-time or full-time scheduling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with daily local travel.
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Educate providers about Circle Care Services and its available ABA services.
• Generate referrals through ongoing outreach and relationship development.
• Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication.
• Attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience.
• Represent Circle Care Services professionally in the community.
