About The Position

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and partners with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to help families access services and support. The Outreach Liaison builds relationships with healthcare providers and community partners in the assigned Charlotte, North Carolina territory to increase referrals. The liaison represents the organization, educates referral sources about its ABA services, maintains provider relationships, and helps connect families with support.

Requirements

Experience in case management is required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with daily local travel.
Organized, self-motivated, and professional.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Educate providers about Circle Care Services and available ABA services.
Generate referrals through ongoing provider outreach and relationship development.
Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication.
Attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
Track outreach activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpot.
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience.
Represent Circle Care Services professionally within the community.
