About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients ages 4+ in Illinois. This is a 100% remote position, requiring an active Illinois LCSW or LPC license and EMDR certification. Requirements

Proven experience providing therapy as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC
Active Illinois LCSW or LPC license required
EMDR certification required
Availability for 40 hours per week (CST schedule)
Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels and wide age ranges (ages 4+)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to patients ages 4+ with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, MDD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment disorder
Deliver follow-up therapy sessions (30–60 minutes) based on patient age and acuity
Utilize EMDR techniques as a required modality of care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, case management, and support services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Echo Vantage EMR with Elios (AI-supported documentation tools)
