About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate, experienced therapists (LCSW or LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients ages 4+ in Illinois. This 100% remote role involves delivering therapy sessions, utilizing EMDR techniques, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation using Echo Vantage EMR with Elios. The position offers work-life balance and comprehensive clinician support, aiming to increase access to high-quality mental health care.

Requirements

Active LCSW or LPC license in Illinois required.
Proven experience providing therapy as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC.
EMDR certification required.
Availability for 40 hours per week (CST schedule).
Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels and wide age ranges (ages 4+).
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Echo Vantage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to patients ages 4+ with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, MDD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment disorder.
Deliver follow-up therapy sessions (30–60 minutes) based on patient age and acuity.
Utilize EMDR techniques as a required modality of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, case management, and support services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Echo Vantage EMR with Elios (AI-supported documentation tools).
