About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join their growing team. NFS is a premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, offering competitive rates and incentives for on-site services at their 5 Massachusetts locations. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them realize their full potential through individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. The role offers flexible scheduling with options for 5 to 30-hour work weeks, with both full-time salaried and hourly fee-for-service (FFS) opportunities available. Clinicians are W-2 employees, ensuring stable compensation for full-time roles even with client cancellations.

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
