About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join their growing team. NFS is a leading provider of behavioral health services, offering a collaborative environment where therapists help clients utilize their strengths to reach their full potential. The role involves providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Both full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) opportunities are available. Clinicians are W-2 employees, with full-time roles offering guaranteed salary compensation. Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
Ability to provide in-office services at one of our 5 Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
