Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) - Oregon license required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a compassionate and experienced therapist to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 18+ through one of their trusted Oregon-based partners. The role involves conducting initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients with a full range of diagnoses. The therapist will collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers. There are two openings: Individual Therapist, focusing on outpatient individual therapy, and Case Manager/Therapist, focusing on case management with a small caseload of therapy clients. The position is 100% remote, requiring 40 hours per week in PST, with 60 minutes of administrative time per day and a caseload of 8-9 clients scheduled per day. Appointments are 90 minutes for initial evaluations and 50-60 minutes for follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon required.
- Availability (40 hours per week) during PST.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses seen within community mental health settings.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
- Provide outpatient individual therapy (for Individual Therapist role).
- Provide case management with a small caseload of therapy clients (for Case Manager/Therapist role).
