About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a compassionate and experienced therapist, licensed in Oregon (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), to provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients aged 18 and older. This fully remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact from home while being part of a collaborative care team. Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon required.
Availability (40 hours per week) during PST.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using eClinicalWorks a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses seen within community mental health settings.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
Primary responsibility is providing outpatient individual therapy (for Individual Therapist role).
Primary responsibility is case management with a small caseload of therapy clients (for Case Manager/Therapist role).
