About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a compassionate and experienced therapist with an active California license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients aged 5 and older. This fully remote position, based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, allows clinicians to make a meaningful impact on behavioral health from the comfort of their homes. The role involves conducting initial evaluations, providing therapy services to patients with moderate to high acuity, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Iris Telehealth is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care and supports its clinicians with the necessary tools, community, and work-life balance.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required.
Availability (40 hours per week) during PST.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide therapy services to patients (ages 5+) with moderate/high acuity.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
