Full Time Outpatient Therapist – Child & Adolescent Focus

Verge Therapy LLC•Braintree, MA
•$72,000 - $91,000

About The Position

Verge Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient therapist focused on children and adolescents. The clinician-owned practice provides paid administrative time for documentation, with 12 minutes of paid admin time per clinical hour built into the rate. Full-time clinicians are expected to complete 100 billable hours per month, approximately 25 hours per week, measured monthly. Because many clients are school-aged, afternoon and evening availability is needed. After establishing a caseload, clinicians can build a schedule that works for them and their clients. Compensation is $54–$59 per hour for pre-licensed clinicians and $64–$69 per hour for independently licensed clinicians. Baseline total compensation is stated as $72,000–$91,000, including an annual benefit package valued at approximately $7,400–$8,100. Pay is biweekly regardless of insurance payout. Late cancellations and no-shows are paid at the clinician’s rate. Full-time clinicians can earn billable-hours bonuses, and the posting describes additional compensation for sustained high billable hours, annual loyalty bonuses, and a built-in rate increase upon independent licensure. The role provides individual therapy for children and adolescents, with family involvement, as well as assessments, treatment planning, evidence-based and trauma-informed care, crisis response, collaboration with schools and pediatricians, and documentation during paid time. Verge handles billing, credentialing, referrals, scheduling, marketing, the electronic health record, office space, and supplies. The practice also offers supervision, risk consultation, orientation, and opportunities for advanced training and career growth.
