About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients across the lifespan through one of their trusted outpatient clinic partners in California. The role involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing short-term therapy services (12-week model) for a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions. Therapists will deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. The position is 100% remote, requiring 40 hours per week within PST hours, with appointments and administrative time included in the schedule. A caseload of approximately 6-8 clients per day is expected. Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience providing therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Active California LCSW license required
  • Availability for 30–32 hours per week during PST hours
  • Experience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language
  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus
  • Telehealth experience preferred
