Outpatient Therapist (LCSW) – 100% Remote – California License Required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients across the lifespan through one of their trusted outpatient clinic partners in California. This is a 100% remote position requiring an active California LCSW license and fluency in Spanish. The role involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing short-term therapy services (12-week model) for a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions. Clinicians will deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. The position is fully remote, requiring 40 hours per week within PST hours, with approximately 6-8 clients per day.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active California LCSW license required
- Availability for 30–32 hours per week during PST hours
- Experience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus
- Telehealth experience preferred
