About The Position

Aegis Therapies is seeking a part-time Program Manager for their Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant program in Indianapolis, IN. This role is located in an assisted living and independent living community, focusing on outpatient services with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, improving residents' lives while developing leadership and administrative skills. This position offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours, Monday to Friday schedules, and no weekends or evenings. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
