About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the "go to person" on the team for the customer, resident, and staff. The Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. This position is part-time and offers a great work-life balance and flexibility of hours, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, no weekends, and no evenings.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Customer focused
• Great at developing relationships
• Brimming with ambition

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification
