About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Adult or Child Psychiatrists for its San Marcos, Texas-area clinics. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, or adults, with treatment that includes medication management and therapy. The position is open to a hybrid model, but requires in-office time weekly. Psychiatrists work with administrative support in modern offices and use digital technology as part of a collegial clinical team. The role offers flexible work schedules, no call or weekend work, and a compensation range of $322,000 to $430,000+, with compensation based on productivity. It also includes an annual cash bonus incentive plan and a sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Hold an active Texas medical license.
- Hold an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Be board certified or truly board eligible.
Responsibilities
