About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking an Adult or Child Psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental healthcare in its clinics in the The Woodlands, Texas area. The role involves medication management and therapy in an outpatient setting. The position offers a hybrid model, with required in-office time each week. Psychiatrists are part of a collaborative clinical team and receive administrative support and access to digital technology. Compensation ranges from $322,000 to $430,000+, with a productivity-based compensation model and an annual cash bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

• Hold an active Texas medical license.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Be board certified or truly board eligible.
• Be open to a hybrid work model with weekly in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care.
• Provide medication management and therapy.
• Work in the clinic in person on a weekly basis as part of the hybrid model.
