About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Adult or Child Psychiatrists for its Frisco, Texas area clinics. The role provides outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, in a clinical setting that offers in-person care and a digital telemedicine option. The position is open to a hybrid model, but all roles require in-office time weekly. LifeStance offers flexible schedules, full-time and part-time options, no call or weekend work, full administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial clinical environment. Compensation is listed at $322,000 to $430,000+, based on productivity, with an annual cash bonus incentive plan and a sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Active Texas medical license.
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Board certified or truly board eligible.
Responsibilities

- Maintain weekly in-office time, including in a hybrid work arrangement.
