About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking an Adult or Child Psychiatrist for its clinics in the San Marcos, Texas area. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. Psychiatrists are expected to provide medication management and therapy and to be committed to patient care and clinical excellence. The position offers a hybrid model, with in-office time required weekly. The role includes flexible work schedules, no call or weekend work, full administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is listed as $322,000 to $430,000+, based on productivity, with an annual cash bonus incentive plan and a sign-on bonus. A full benefits package is offered.
Requirements
- Active Texas medical license.
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Board certified or truly board eligible.
- Open to a hybrid work model with weekly in-office time.
